You'll work
on-site 2 days per week
at our London office to ensure our internal systems run smoothly, while also supporting daily admin, marketing tech tools, and cross-functional tasks.
Key Responsibilities
IT & Technical Support
Set up and manage desktops, laptops, printers, and basic networking
Provide technical support for software, hardware, and system access
Maintain data backup systems and cybersecurity protocols
Support cloud systems like Google Workspace, Office365, etc.
Administrative Support
Handle routine documentation and internal records
Manage inventory and office equipment
Support HR with attendance or onboarding tech
Marketing & Sales Coordination
Provide support for email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Zoho, etc.)
Assist with CRM updates, lead tracking, and sales documentation
Help manage website CMS or basic digital updates (Wix, WordPress, etc.)
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum
2 years of experience
in a similar IT/admin role
Working knowledge of IT systems, office tools & cloud services
Familiar with basic CRM, marketing automation, or CMS tools
Strong communication, problem-solving, and multi-tasking ability
Able to work independently and proactively manage time on-site
Nice to Have
Experience with Zoho, Google Workspace, or small business systems
Interest in tech-enabled marketing or business automation.
