Participate in departmental meetings, professional development opportunities, and community outreach activities. Utilise IT tools effectively to enhance teaching methods and facilitate online learning where applicable. Demonstrate leadership within the department by mentoring junior staff and contributing to a supportive academic culture.

Requirements

A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in the subject area of expertise. Proven experience in teaching at a higher education level is desirable. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a proficiency in English. Demonstrated leadership abilities and a commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment. Proficiency in IT applications relevant to teaching and administrative tasks. A passion for education and a commitment to student success is essential.
