Part Time Lettings & Sales Assistant - 10.50 per hour - 15.50 per hour (depending on experience)
We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident and honest team player to join our busy lettings and sales team.
This part-time position is based in our Port Street office, located in the heart of the Northern Quarter, Manchester.
The candidate must have a keen interest in property and be able to demonstrate great customer service skills. We are looking for somebody who can think on their feet and has the ability to keep calm in a crisis. Good time keeping skills are essential.
This position is offered on a part-time basis, based on a minimum of 12 hours per week, with potentially more hours available at busy times.
Friday - 10am - 5pm (7 Hours)
Saturday 10am - 3pm (5 hours)
Previous lettings / sales experience is preferred but not essential, full training will be provided. Typical duties include:
- General administrative office duties (scanning, printing, data entry)
- Confirming daily appointments
- Communicating with our lettings and sales negotiators and offering telephone support where required.
- Following up email and telephone enquires to book property viewings
- Deliver any related property information to the prospective buyer / tenant, whilst maintaining an exceptional level of customer service, both face to face, over the phone or via email.
