Part-Timesales/Lettings negotiator with a passion for customer service

iLove homes has been established for over ten years covering Walsall, Birmingham and surrounding areas.

ESTATE AGENCY EXPERIENCE PREFERRED.

Part-Time Negotiator (11:00am to 5:00pm Monday, Tuesday and Friday) and (9:00am to 2pm Saturday)

iLove homes is an established Estate Agency/Property Management Company for over ten years covering Walsall, Birmingham and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Confidently communicating with applicants, clients, purchaser's and tenants

Confirming appointments with Vendors/Landlords and Viewers

Maintain and update the sales pipeline communicating with vendors, solicitors and purchaser's

Organising access to properties for viewings and surveys

Getting feedback/Offers from applicants

. Attending Viewings

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of the West Midlands surrounding markets would be an advantage

Excellent customer service skills

Good telephone manner

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

. Some Knowledge of the house purchasing/rental process

Personal Specification

Maintains a positive attitude towards routine tasks

Accurate and exceptional attention to detail

Pro-active and enjoys working both as part of a team and independently

Confident and assertive where required

Must be sales orientated with strong customer service levels

Hours: Monday, Tuesday and Friday 11:00am to 5pm and Saturday 9:00am to 2:00pm

Salary: Dependent on experience + Commission
