Summary

We're looking for a

Logisticien / Logistics Assistant

to join our Marylebone team on a part-time basis.

This hands-on role is key to the smooth running of the store - you'll be in charge of receiving parcels, checking deliveries, entering stock into our system, and making sure shelves are replenished and beautifully presented.

You'll work closely with our retail and buying teams to ensure that everything runs efficiently behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

Receive and open daily deliveries Check products against delivery notes and flag discrepancies Enter stock accurately into the system (Shopify) Print and apply price labels Restock shop shelves and maintain a tidy stockroom Communicate with the store manager or assistant buyer if issues arise Support the team with general back-of-house tasks

Requirements

Attention to Detail

- checking products, labels, expiry dates and pricing

Organisation

- keeping deliveries and storage areas tidy and efficient

Basic IT Skills

- using Shopify or similar tools for stock entry & label printing

Physical Stamina

- lifting boxes, restocking shelves

Time Management

- working independently and efficiently within a 4-hour shift

Team Spirit

- good communication and collaboration with retail and buying teams

Reliability & Punctuality

- showing up on time and ready to support the team

Willingness to Learn

- open to training and following procedures
