We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant to support our team in various administrative and operational tasks. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth running of daily operations and providing excellent support to both staff and clients.
Responsibilities

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
Handle incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, ensuring timely responses.
Coordinate logistics for events and meetings, including venue arrangements and catering.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Support team members with various tasks as needed to enhance productivity.
Uphold a professional image of the organisation through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience
Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role is preferred but not essential.
Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
