, and soon-to-open brand-new restaurant. With exciting developments underway and a busy programme of events, we're looking for a

creative and motivated Marketing Assistant

to join our team and help showcase everything we have to offer.

The Role

You'll be working closely with the Marketing Director to support the delivery of our marketing and social media plan. This is a hands-on, creative role, perfect for someone who enjoys producing engaging content and is confident using social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Gather content across the hotel, spa, and restaurant (photos, videos, guest experiences, behind-the-scenes moments) Create and edit engaging social media posts, reels, and stories for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn Assist with writing and designing email marketing campaigns and newsletters Support the delivery of the marketing and events calendar Help with scheduling, planning, and reporting on social activity Assist with general marketing admin and projects Contribute fresh ideas to enhance our online presence and guest communications

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Confident with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) Comfortable filming and editing short-form video content (e.g. reels, TikToks) Creative, organised, and detail-oriented A strong communicator with good writing skills Able to work independently and take initiative Enthusiastic about hospitality, events, and guest experiences Ideally experienced with Canva, Mailchimp (or similar tools), though training can be provided
