Part-Time Marketing Assistant (Graphic Design Focus)

Location:

Gensmile Head Office (Swindon-Windmill Hill Business Park) and remote

Hours:

Part-time 24 hours per week

Salary:

26,000 - 28,000 pro rata based on experience

Gensmile is a network of high-quality private dental practices (

). Over the past 10 years, we have grown to 40 sites across England. Each of our practices has its own individual branding, with bespoke marketing and social media content tailored to its patients and local community.

We are now seeking a creative and detail-oriented

Marketing Assistant

with strong

graphic design skills

to join our friendly and collaborative marketing team. This role will support our practices by creating engaging, professional, and on-brand visual materials to help strengthen their online and offline presence.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Branding:

Design and update branded marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, digital banners, signage, and other promotional assets for our network of practices.

Adobe Suite Expertise:

Produce high-quality visual content using

Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop

.

Content Support:

Assist with the creation of social media graphics, newsletters, and other digital campaigns.

Print & Digital Collateral:

Prepare artwork for both print and digital use, ensuring brand consistency and professional presentation.

Marketing Coordination:

Support the Marketing Manager with day-to-day marketing tasks, campaign planning, and administrative support.

Website Updates:

Use

WordPress

to make basic updates to practice websites, such as uploading new content, images, and blog posts.

Asset Management:

Maintain and organise design files, templates, and brand assets for multiple practices.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the central marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all materials.

About You

Proven experience in

graphic design

or

marketing support

, ideally within a multi-site or healthcare environment. Strong working knowledge of

Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)

. Excellent design sense with a keen eye for layout, typography, and attention to detail. Familiarity with

WordPress

. Understanding of

social media platforms

and content creation best practices. Well-organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. A proactive, flexible, and creative approach to your work. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
