This is a
part-time role of 16 hours per week
and focuses on building relationships within the local property industry to encourage referrals for
homebuyer and residential surveys
.
The role will typically involve:
Visiting property professionals across North and South Devon to introduce our services, maintain relationships, and encourage referrals.
Working from home making follow-up calls to property professionals such as agents, mortgage advisors, and related contacts.
The
16 hours can be worked flexibly
and may be split over
more than two days if required
, for example to suit
school hours or other commitments
.
This is a straightforward, practical role suited to someone who is confident speaking to people, organised, and happy working independently. Previous experience in marketing or the property sector is helpful but not essential.
Mileage will be paid for business travel. Driving licence and own vehicle required.
