Part-Time Marketing Assistant - Saint Piran Service Course

Location: Hybrid (Redruth/Bissoe + remote)
Hours: 3-4 days per week (minimum 1 day on site)

Part-Time Marketing Assistant

to join our growing team.

This hybrid role will involve working alongside our Commercial Manager to help bring marketing campaigns and promotions to life across our retail, cafe, and cycling service business. You'll be an essential part of how we connect with our audience--on social media, via email, and through compelling content creation.

The Role:

Capture and edit photo and video content on site Help plan, create, and schedule engaging social media content Support the execution of marketing campaigns and product launches Contribute ideas for promotions, events, and brand development Work collaboratively with the Commercial Manager across day-to-day marketing tasks

Ideal Skills & Experience:

Photography, videography, and video editing Strong communication and interpersonal skills Creative thinker with a good eye for content Confident in bringing ideas to the table High energy and enthusiasm for marketing and storytelling An interest in cycling or the outdoor sector

Desirable:

Previous experience in a marketing or content creation role Familiarity with Shopify and Klaviyo and Click Up

Requirements:

This is a hybrid role with at least one on-site working day per week Own transport is essential due to the location of our sites (Redruth and Bissoe)
