We're looking for a part-time

Marketing Assistant

to join us

one day a week in our Cirencester office

. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing, understands SEO, and is confident using digital tools to support content creation, search performance, and online visibility.

You'll work closely with the founder to plan and deliver our SEO and content strategy -- using

MOZ

to track performance,

Scalenut

to create blog content, and carrying out

PR and backlink outreach

to build domain authority. This is a hands-on, results-focused role with a nice mix of creativity and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Use

MOZ

to track keyword performance, audit technical SEO, and monitor backlinks Use

Scalenut

to plan, research, and draft SEO-driven blog content Upload and format content for the website/blog (Shopify or CMS) Carry out

backlink building and outreach to relevant blogs, websites, and directories

Pitch to PR opportunities or blogger collaborations to help improve our domain authority Prepare light reports or talking points for monthly performance reviews Assist with ad hoc marketing admin or content research as needed

What We're Looking For:

A solid understanding of SEO and how search engines work Strong writing skills - clear, engaging, and well-structured Confidence using digital platforms and tools (MOZ, Scalenut, CMS/blogs) Comfortable reaching out to websites, bloggers, or PR contacts Highly organised, with good attention to detail and a self-starting mindset Based locally and happy to work from our office one day a week

Bonus Points If You Also Have:

Experience uploading blog content to Shopify Used PR databases, HARO, or link-building tools before An interest in interiors, design, or lifestyle products Familiarity with Klaviyo, Canva, or Zoho

The Details:

Part-time:

1 day per week (flexible which day, Mon-Fri)

Location:

Cirencester office (in-person only)

Rate:

120-150/day depending on experience

Start date:

As soon as you're ready
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 18.00-21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7 per week
