Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Executive to join our team. This role will focus on driving brand awareness and engagement across both WiseBartender and MidStrengthDrinks to increase sales. You'll manage day-to-day marketing activities, create compelling content, and build strong relationships with influencers and brand partners whilst achieving (and exceeding) budgeted sales.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and post content across all social channels for Wise Bartender and Mid Strength Drinks. Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages.
Email Marketing: Build, test, and send email campaigns for both brands. Analyse performance and optimise for future communications.
Content Creation: Develop creative assets for social, email, and web (images, videos, copy). Ensure brand tone and messaging are consistent across channels.
SEO management - ensure a strong presence within our sector
Influencer Outreach & Coordination: Identify and engage influencers aligned with our brand values. Manage collaborations and track campaign performance.
Website Management: Update banners, product features, and make CMS edits as needed. Work with the team to ensure sites remain fresh and user-friendly.
Brand Partner Relationships: Support ongoing communication with partner brands. Identify marketing sales opportunities with existing brands for them to promote their goods within our platforms. Coordinate marketing activities and ensure timely execution.
Prepare strategies to include all income channels.
Co-ordinate and assist with PR utilizing the tools the company has invested in
Managing the overall marketing budget
Monthly reporting of all marketing activities.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally in e-commerce or FMCG.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content trends.
Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
Basic website skills such as using Shopify
Experience with SEO & PPC
Excellent communication and organisational skills, delivering tasks on time.
Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
