Colhoun's Chemist, our patients are at the centre of all we do, and excellent customer service is the key strategy we have employed within our business.

Duties Include:

Primarily to assist on the medicines and sales counter; Awareness of meeting the customers needs and provide exceptional customer service; Providing knowledge and up to date advice on our product ranges; Assist the Pharmacist with other pharmacy related tasks e.g. orders, date checks, receiving, labelling and processing prescriptions. Assist the Pharmacist in providing an efficient, accurate and safe dispensing service in store, ensuring patient confidentiality; Collection of prescriptions when required; Answering telephone calls and handling queries. Stock maintenance; Maintain professional standards of dress and grooming; General Housekeeping; Other duties as required.

Essential Requirements:

Have an interest in Pharmacy; Be hard working and enthusiastic; Demonstrate exceptional customer service; Exhibit remarkable communication skills; Have the ability to work as part of a team and adapt to various tasks within the pharmacy; Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy; Six months experience demonstrating outstanding customer facing skills; Eligibility to work in UK. Flexibility to work as and when required.

Desirable Requirements:

Good understanding of professional services; Previous relevant experience in a similar environment;

Work hours:

Regularly two or three days per week, Monday to Saturday, 09:00 - 17:30 with a one hour lunch break. Potential for more hours to cover staff holidays or illness.

Training will be provided to the applicant.

Salary:

Dependent upon experience.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 12.25 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
