Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Night Care Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential care and support to our residents in the home, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Duties

As a Night Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

Assisting clients with daily living activities such as personal care, continence care, pressure area care, mobility and assisting with nutrition. Supporting individuals with mobility and physical tasks to enhance their independence. Implementing and following care plans tailored to each individual's needs. Maintaining accurate records of client progress and any changes in their condition on our Care App. Engaging clients in social stimulation and activity to promote well-being and companionship. Adhering to health and safety regulations while providing care.

Qualifications

To be considered for the Night Care Assistant position, candidates should possess the following:

Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. The ability to speak Welsh - desirable but not essential. Experience in a care home or care setting is advantageous but not essential. The ability to work effectively as part of a team and individually. Dedication, patience and understanding. Reliability. Basic IT skills for maintaining records and documentation (training surrounding this will be provided during induction) A compassionate nature with a commitment to providing high-quality care.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.60 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 24 per week
