Job Description
We are looking for a nurturing and enthusiastic practitioner to join our strong and supportive team. This position will be part-time to work on a 1:1 basis.
You will be working with a child with complex needs.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Working with the room leader, SENCo and other professionals to plan targeted support and activities. Work with the child on specific next steps set out by the setting and other professionals supporting the child. Build a good relationship with the child, supporting their needs, learning and overall development. Effectively monitor, assess and record progress. Work with and support the parents and family.
We are looking for an individual who is caring, positive and has a patient approach to work with the child. The successful candidate
must
have experience of working with children with SEN, preferably in Early Years.Pay:
To be discussed, dependent on experience.Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 24,420.00-41,325.92 per year
