Cleaning is 2.5 hours per evening, 5 days per week from Monday to Friday.

Hourly Rate: 13.85
Cleaning is out of hours as this is a key holder position. A full cleaning specification will be provided upon site induction. Areas to clean include meeting rooms, communal areas, reception, toilets and kitchens.
Extra hours will be available to clean before/after events, or to cover the area of another cleaner on the team when they are away.
Duties
Thoroughly cleaning all areas including offices, meeting rooms, kitchen area and toilets (each member of the team has a designated area).
Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, emptying refuse etc.
Taking used towels to reception to be collected by a laundry service provider.
Follow health & safety and COSHH guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand specific cleaning requirements.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing any client concerns or requests promptly.
Skills
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning services.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
You will need to be able to meet for an induction during the week of 11th of August, ready to start from Monday 18th August.
References are essential. We will request 2 working references.
