Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised
person
to support the smooth running of our office and assist with logistics, marketing, and client coordination. This part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor day-to-day office operations and ensure a well-organised workspace
Liaise directly with fulfilment clients to ensure smooth communication and service delivery
Provide administrative and logistics support to the warehouse team, including order tracking and dispatch coordination
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
Liaise with suppliers, clients, and service providers
Provide general administrative support to the management team
During busy periods, assist the warehouse team with packing and dispatch tasks as needed
Assist with marketing tasks as required
Requirements
Proven experience in office management, administration, or logistics support
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Trustworthy, reliable, and detail-oriented
Experience in a fulfilment, logistics, or warehouse environment is a plus
Familiarity with marketing tools or social media platforms is an advantage
