Mandarin-speaking Paralegal (Part-Time)

with strong

business development (BD)

Key Responsibilities

Draft and review immigration-related legal documents and correspondence Assist in preparing client applications and maintaining case files Communicate directly with clients in both Mandarin and English Contribute to business development efforts through outreach and networking Identify and engage prospective clients or partners from your own network Help develop strategic pathways tailored to client needs Work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

Native-level Mandarin

and fluent English (verbal & written)

Right to Work in the UK

(essential - no sponsorship available) Legal background or experience in immigration services preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks Self-motivated, reliable, and proactive Strong understanding of business and commercial logic

Business-related degree

(or dual background in law + business) preferred Existing industry network or ability to bring in client leads is a

strong plus
