Hours of Work:

Part-time position, working Monday to Friday from 8.30am. Hours are flexible between 16-25 hours per week. Also, every other Saturday between 9am to 1pm.

Salary Band:

Between 13 - 14 per hour, depending on experience.

The main duties of a Part-Time Parts Advisor are listed below, however this list is not exhaustive:

Organising and co-ordinating of motor vehicle parts, both receiving goods in and cataloguing parts and storing parts for their sales distribution Accurately identifying customer parts requirements to place orders Maximising sales volume and margins Accurately identifying customer parts requirements Maintaining parts stock and records, including scheduled audits and stock checks Processing parts orders efficiently using the in house DMS Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction Help maintain and build customer relationships with suppliers and internal departments

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate must be a team player but also have the ability to work independently and thrive within a busy aftersales department Ideally have a minimum of 2 year's experience within the automotive industry Possess excellent communication skills and customer facing skills Have a smart and presentable attire Previous knowledge of using a Dealer Management System advantageous - however, training will be provided for the right candidate It would be advantageous to hold a clean driver's licence

Pay: 13.00-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 25 per week
