SMS Phone Repair is looking for a motivated individual with a strong interest in mobile phone repairs to join our team in Chard on a part-time basis (25 hours per week). No prior experience is required -- training will be provided over 3-5 days. However, previous experience is a bonus.

This hands-on role includes phone repairs, basic front desk IT support, and helping customers both in-store and remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with smartphone repairs (screens, batteries, ports, etc.) Help walk-in customers with technical issues Provide basic remote IT support (phone/email) Handle front desk duties, including customer check-in and updates Maintain records of repairs and inventory

Requirements:

Strong interest in phone repair and technology Willingness to learn with hands-on training Good communication and customer service skills Able to work both independently and as part of a team Must be available to work Saturdays (9:00 AM - 1:00 PM)

Working Hours:

25 hours per week

Saturday hours required: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Remaining hours scheduled Monday to Friday (flexible)
