The Role

This is a relationship-led role focused exclusively on primary schools.

You will:

Contact primary schools by phone and email Speak with headteachers, PE leads, and school business managers Introduce Sporting 4 Schools programmes Secure meetings and confirmed school bookings Maintain accurate records of conversations, leads, and bookings
This is not hard sales - trust and understanding of primary schools is essential.

Who We're Looking For

Essential:

Experience working in primary schools or primary education(e.g. teacher, PE coach, HLTA, TA, school admin, education consultant) Confident speaking to school leaders Organised and reliable
Desirable:

Experience with partnerships, bookings, or sales Comfortable working to clear, fair targets

Hours

8-15 hours per week Flexible, but must include school-friendly hours (typically 9am-3pm)

Pay & Performance

14-18 per hour, depending on experience Commission paid per confirmed primary school booking Performance bonuses for exceeding monthly targets

Success is measured clearly and fairly:

Meaningful conversations with primary school decision-makers Qualified primary school leads Confirmed programme bookings Total booked programme value
A structured ramp-up period is built into the first month.
