Opened in 1989, Rugby Osteopathic centre aims to provide you with the highest level of care. We are ideally centrally located within an easy reach of the Rugby train station, which has easy links to London and the surrounding counties. We are a multidisciplinary practice with multiple treatment rooms, and our cohesive team consists of osteopaths and sports therapists.
Opening & Closing the premises.
Being the first point of contact for customers and clients.
Booking appointments via email & telephone
Use of Computerised booking system
Answering phones and emails, forwarding calls to the appropriate party, or taking down messages for forwarding later
Ensuring all paper and electronic patient documentation is stored and filed in secure and efficient manor.
Tracking availability and preparing patients before their appointments
Informing medical staff when a patient has arrived or is waiting.
Ensuring that each patient has the proper documentation.
Handling correspondence and file transfers
Checking on medical staff throughout the day
Maintaining reception area in a clean and tidy manner.
Comply with GDPR and patient confidentiality.
Experience Required
Some receptionist or customer service experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong time keeping and organisational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Marketing Experience
Knowledge of Mail Chimp and Social Media advertising.
