We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth administrative operations. Mondays 2pm - 8pm
Tuesdays 2pm - 8pm
Wednesdays 2pm -8pm
Responsibilities
Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
Manage incoming calls using phone etiquette, directing enquiries appropriately
Handle general administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and correspondence
Maintain appointment schedules and coordinate meetings using organisational skills
Utilise Microsoft Office programmes such as Word, Excel, and Outlook for daily tasks
Process invoices and financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Manage email correspondence via Google Workspace applications
Ensure the reception area remains tidy and welcoming at all times
Support other administrative staff with clerical duties as required
Requirements
Proven office or administrative experience is preferred
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and data entry tasks
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Good typing speed and accuracy
Demonstrable phone etiquette with clear communication abilities
Experience with QuickBooks or similar financial software is advantageous
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Previous clerical experience is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
