Job Role - Part-time Recruitment Officer
Responsibilities
Are you a people-person with an eye for talent? We're looking for a
part-time recruiter
to help us grow our team!What you'll do:
Source and screen candidates across multiple platforms Place adverts Schedule and coordinate interviews Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process Represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
What we're looking for:
Previous recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage your own time 10-20 hours per week by agreement
Qualifications
Proven experience in human resources or related fields is essential. Strong communication skills. Basic understanding of social media management practices is helpful. Computer literateCall-To-Action
