What We're Looking For:

Self-Starter: This is a remote position, so we're looking for someone who can take initiative, work independently, and manage their time effectively. Experience: You will need to have knowledge about the construction and property maintenance industry and need to be able to create Quotes based on the information provided. Additionally, to have the resources to fill the gaps were needed by research or contacting our team and/or clients.

Duties & Key Responsibilities

Produce accurate and detailed customer quotations (tender) for private and B2B customers. Work in collaboration with Bookings Team, support with material purchasing and general customer support throughout the quoting process. Ownership and pursue draft quotes to produce and send to customers in a timely manner. Data entry and system maintenance on customer information and costing / pricing throughout the quoting process.

Desired experience & requirements:

Experience in the building & property maintenance industry and/or facilities management Working knowledge of costing and pricing Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong customer service skills Ability to prioritise and attention to detail Flexible and adaptable to varying workloads Experience using Mac/iOS and Eworks would be an advantage
