The Role:



We are seeking an experienced

Sales Progressor

to join our growing team on a part-time, remote basis. This role is critical to ensuring our clients enjoy a seamless journey from reservation through to completion, maintaining high levels of communication and customer satisfaction throughout.

Please note there will be general sales and administration work required too, e.g. following up recent hot leads, sending emails, WhatsApp's etc, this will be about 50% of the role, with 50% being traditional sales progression.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage the sales progression process for new build and off-plan property transactions Liaise with developers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and clients to keep transactions on track Proactively monitor timelines, identify potential delays, and resolve issues efficiently Provide regular updates to clients and internal team members Ensure accurate record keeping and documentation throughout the process Pick up the phone and chase stakeholders when needed - you're not afraid to speak to people and get results Maintain a high standard of client service and professionalism at all times Sales follow ups and administration as required

Requirements:



Essential - Proven experience in a Sales Progressor role, ideally within the

new build or off-plan property sector

Strong communication and organisational skills A proactive problem-solver with excellent attention to detail Comfortable making regular phone calls to drive progress and resolve issues Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions UK-based with a good understanding of UK property processes Comfortable working remotely with flexible hours
