Retail & Live Shopping Hosts

who will play an integral role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our retail customers, while also creating engaging in-store content and hosting LIVE shopping events on platforms like TikTok.

In this role, you'll not only provide a Scentsational experience to customers in-store, but you'll also get to showcase your dynamic personality and product knowledge in LIVE shopping events. If you love connecting with people both in-person and online, and you're excited to help bring our products to life in creative ways, this is the role for you!

We're looking for people who:

Are passionate about providing a Scentsational experience to every customer. Love home fragrance (especially Olivia's Haven!). Are outgoing, camera-friendly and ready to entertain and engage. Are comfortable creating engaging social media content and presenting LIVE shopping experiences on platforms like TikTok(full LIVE training provided). Are available and willing to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and engage customers, offering friendly, helpful advice to ensure a memorable shopping experience. Present LIVE shopping events on platforms such as TikTok, showcasing products, interacting with viewers, and driving sales in real-time. Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product range and recommend products based on customer preferences. Create engaging social media content, including product features, promotions, and behind-the-scenes moments, to boost brand presence and customer engagement. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, adapting content to keep Olivia's Haven fresh and relevant. Assist with product displays and store layout to ensure a visually appealing shopping environment. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, card, and gift card payments. Ensure the store is clean, tidy, and well-organized.
