Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Provide detailed product information and answer any customer queries. Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale. Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor by restocking shelves and arranging displays. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy. Stay informed about product knowledge, promotions, and store policies to effectively assist customers.

Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with customers. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in maintaining product displays. Basic numerical skills for handling transactions and cash management. A proactive approach to problem-solving and addressing customer needs. Previous experience in retail or sales is advantageous but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
