We are need a strong support-leader to help run our busy customer-facing environment.
Duties will include (but not limited to):
Day to day running of a busy retail sweet shop, with responsibility of cash handling, staff supervision and a key holder.
Training new staff in correct procedures, stock rotation and practices
Maintaining high standards of customer service
Stock ordering and replenishment
Working days: Sunday, Wednesday and Friday
Additional hours subject to business needs
Required Skills:
You must be able to work independently as well as lead and work team
Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills
Be con?dent in up-selling.
Have good people skills within a fast-paced retail environment.
Retail experience in a supervisory role preferred (training will be given)
The ideal candidate will be positive, fun, friendly and have a professional attitude. You'll be talking to people constantly and be the face of our store. This is a part-time role with set hours, however more hours will be available during holidays and as need by the business.
