Key Responsibilites
:Provide exceptional customer service at all times. Maintain high standards on the shop floor, ensuring excellent product presentation. Process deliveries, mechandise the department, and drive sales to meet targets. Collaborate with the Supervisor/Manager to ensure operational excellence in both front and back house.
Personal Attributes
:Successful candidates will demonstrate:
Experience in Women's fashion and retail sales. Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets. Previous retail experience, preferably in the fashion industry. Flexibility to work weekends, bank holidays, and cover shifts for sickness and holidays.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 4 per week
