Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Part-Time Sales Associate to join Moida K-Beauty Store in Westfield London Shopping Centre. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. You will assist with various sales activities, including merchandising, stocking, and product demonstrations, while maintaining a clean and organized environment.
Duties
Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their needs. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions, including cashiering and cash handling. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and increase sales. Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits. Stock shelves and ensure products are well-organized and readily available for customers. Supervise junior staff members when necessary, providing guidance and support.
Experience
Previous experience in retail sales environment is preferred. Strong communication skills are required to interact effectively with customers and team members. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances customer engagement.
