We are an established and growing consultancy that provides structured, outcome-based services to SME IT businesses across the UK. To date, the business owner has led all sales activities and developed a consistent pipeline of 3 to 5 qualified leads per week. We are now seeking a sales professional to take ownership of early-stage conversations and lead prospects through to close.
You will be responsible for:
Conducting discovery calls with prospects
Researching target accounts to understand their priorities and pain points
Articulating how our initial audit offer delivers immediate value
Managing follow-on account relationships and identifying growth opportunities
The role is focused on selling to sales directors and business development leaders within SME technology companies (5m to 30m revenue). You will be selling into a warm pipeline, supported with clear propositions and existing vendor partnerships.
We are looking for someone with:
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
A structured, thoughtful approach to sales conversations
Experience selling consultancy or SaaS solutions
Familiarity with the challenges and priorities of commercial and sales leaders in SME tech businesses
We offer full remote working, and we will provide support and involvement during the initial meetings to ensure a strong start. This role is 100% commission based.
