Job Summary:
We're looking for a highly organised and confident Sales Coordinator to support our team at our Westbury head office. In this role, you'll coordinate ad hoc work orders, liaise with subcontractors to secure competitive pricing, and ensure all compliance documentation (including RAMS) is in place before works begin.
You'll also handle general admin tasks and communicate with clients via phone and email, so strong interpersonal and organisational skills are essential.

What we're looking for:
Coordinate ad hoc work orders efficiently and accurately.
Source and compare pricing from subcontractors to ensure the best value.
Schedule and arrange works, ensuring all necessary RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) and compliance documentation are in place.
Communicate effectively with clients via phone and email, maintaining a professional and helpful approach at all times.
Provide general administrative support to the sales and operations teams, including document management, data entry, and internal coordination.
Key Responsibilities:

Strong written communication skills, particularly via email.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role is desirable.
