Summary
We are seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join our team on Saturdays. You will be the first point of contact for clients, arranging and conducting viewings, handling enquiries, and supporting the lettings process from start to finish. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone who thrives on delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Arranging and conducting property viewings
Handling walk-in and telephone enquiries
Liaising with landlords and tenants
Supporting the lettings process, including referencing and tenancy agreements
Maintaining accurate records and updating property listings
Providing exceptional customer service at all times
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years' experience in residential lettings (essential)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional, positive, and proactive attitude
Knowledge of the local area is an advantage
