Social Media Manager

to help us share our message and reach more clients online.

Fluent Portuguese is Essential

As many of our clients are from Brazil and Portugal,

fluent written and spoken Portuguese

is mandatory for this role.

About the Role

This is a

part-time employed role (17.5 hours per week)

, ideal for someone with a proven track record in creating engaging bilingual content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

You'll be responsible for planning, creating, and scheduling posts and videos, managing engagement, and helping shape our online strategy for both brands.

Requirements

To be considered, you must have:

A minimum of 2 years' provable experience

as a Social Media Manager or in a similar digital marketing role.

Fluent Portuguese and English

(spoken and written). Experience with

Canva

,

Meta Business Suite

, and social scheduling tools. Basic

video editing and graphic design

skills. Excellent written communication and attention to detail. The ability to make professional content feel genuine and engaging. A willingness to learn about UK regulated financial services. A proactive, independent working style and a friendly, team-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Create and manage engaging content in

Portuguese and English

for both Riverstone and Dream Casa.

Edit and produce short-form videos

and

eye-catching graphics

for social media, promotional use, and digital sales content. Schedule posts and maintain brand consistency across all platforms. Engage with followers and respond to messages professionally and promptly. Track engagement, analyse results, and suggest creative improvements. Support ad-hoc marketing projects and local campaign initiatives.
