We're on the lookout for a warm, organised and proactive person to help us manage the day-to-day running of The Wellness Shed. This role sits right at the heart of our small-business and you'll be the friendly face our patients and clients see, the calm organiser behind the scenes, and a key support for our small team.

What you'll be doing:
Welcoming patients and clients front-of-house and making sure everyone feels at ease from the moment they arrive
Keeping the 'Shed' looking immaculate, calm and organised
Booking appointments, classes and handling payments
Overseeing the studio day-to-day and ensuring everything runs smoothly
Handling patient and client enquiries (in person, phone, email and DMs)
Acting as a key point of contact for instructors, patients and clients
Making sure studio policies, procedures and compliance are followed
Supporting light social media activity (posting, replies and engagement)
Helping create a warm, positive and well-run environment for both clients and the team
You might be the right fit if you are:
Friendly, approachable and genuinely great with people
Highly organised, efficient and proactive
Confident juggling multiple tasks with great attention to detail
Trustworthy, reliable and comfortable working independently
Flexible and able to work evenings, weekends and provide holiday cover (5 days per week approx. 30 hours)
Comfortable using technology and happy to learn our booking systems, with experience across Outlook and social media
Excellent and natural telephone manner without sounding scripted!
Experienced in a customer-facing role (Health, Wellness, Hospitality or similar preferred)
Interested in health & wellness and excited to learn more about chiropractic care and become an ambassador for The Wellness Shed
Comfortable making day-to-day decisions in line with studio policies
Able to handle sensitive patient and client information with care and confidentiality
A natural problem-solver who enjoys finding ways to improve how things work for our clients and team
