Clarks are hiring a part-time Team Leader to support store operations, drive sales and inspire the team..
Responsibilities
Lead by example with excellent selling behaviours and customer service.
Coach and develop team members to meet sales targets and KPI's.
Oversee daily operations, including merchandising, stock management and floor control.
Act as manager on duty when the Store Manager or Assistant Manager is absent,
Maintain visual standards and ensure the store is clean, organised and welcoming.
Support training and onboarding of new staff.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a leadership role within an retail environment or related field.
Strong management skills with experience in supervising teams effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under pressure.
Background in retail or sales management is essential.
Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently while meeting project deadlines.
