We're looking for a reliable, organised and friendly Customer Service & Logistics Specialist to help ensure our workshops run smoothly from start to finish. You'll work closely with our network of artists and suppliers, coordinating schedules, keeping documentation up to date and supporting with the behind-the-scenes logistics that make every workshop a success. This role suits someone who enjoys problem-solving, communicating clearly and keeping everything running like clockwork.
Key responsibilities
Maintain positive, professional relationships with all suppliers and artists.
Ensure the most suitable supplier or artist is allocated to each workshop.
Manage artists' schedules and keep availability accurate and up to date.
Proactively fill upcoming workshop dates and support diary planning, keeping everything accurate and up to date
Ensure all artist HR and safeguarding documents are current and correctly recorded.
Carry out emergency recruitment for specialist or hard-to-fill workshops.
Handle artist queries and assist with processing invoices.
Contact schools when required regarding dates, arrangements or scheduling updates.

The role is a part-time, term-time role at 25 hours a week.
