About the Role:

We're looking for a reliable and proactive individual to help us launch and manage our brand-new MONstore self storage yard in Dundee. This is a very part-time, flexible role that would suit someone local to the area -- possibly semi-retired or with experience in hands-on or structured roles (e.g. former service professionals or tradespeople).

Initially, the role will involve just a couple of hours per fortnight, with potential to grow over time as the site builds up.

Responsibilities:

Preparing containers for new customers (light cleaning and checking) Receiving delivery of new containers on-site Ensuring the yard is kept clean, tidy and presentable Acting as our on-the-ground eyes and ears for any customer queries or site issues Reporting anomalies, issues or maintenance needs to the office team
What We're Looking For:

A trustworthy, practical person who takes pride in doing a job properly Someone local to the Gourdie's Industrial Estate area Able to work independently and reliably with minimal supervision Good communication skills Basic physical fitness to handle light cleaning and walking the yard
Desirable (but not essential):

Previous experience in a similar operative or caretaker-type role Background in the services (military, police, fire) or trade/maintenance roles
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 15.00-17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 2 per week
