You will be responsible for managing events, ensuring guest satisfaction, and providing exceptional hospitality throughout the duration of each party. Duties

Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and ensure they feel comfortable and engaged. Manage the flow of the parties and bookings, coordinating activities and ensuring all elements run smoothly. Assist with set-up and clean-up before and after events and bookings, maintaining a tidy and inviting atmosphere. Provide excellent guest services by addressing any needs or concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate with team members to create a fun and enjoyable experience for all attendees. Ensure that all safety protocols are followed during events to guarantee a secure environment for guests.

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is highly desirable. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members. A friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for creating enjoyable experiences for others. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.

Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 10 per week
