Party Supervisor
to lead our busy party operations. You'll be at the centre of creating unforgettable birthday celebrations, managing a team of Party Hosts, and making sure every party runs seamlessly from start to finish.

Job Purpose
As a Party Supervisor, your role is to
take ownership of the party department
, ensuring smooth delivery of multiple parties each day. You'll lead and support a team of up to 10 Party Hosts, coordinate all the logistics, and ensure parents feel confident that their child's big day is in safe hands.
From allergen checks and guest requests, to handling queries, complaints and last-minute changes, you'll be the go-to person for all things parties.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate and manage a team of Party Hosts to deliver exceptional parties.
Prepare party "battle plans" (schedules and allocations) for each day's parties.
Oversee set-up of party rooms, ensuring all details are ready on time.
Carry out allergen checks and ensure dietary requirements are strictly followed.
Act as the main point of contact for parents before, during and after parties.
Handle customer queries, special requests and complaints quickly and professionally.
Ensure hosts are briefed, supported and clear on their responsibilities.
Oversee food service and timing to keep parties running smoothly.
Complete party admin including bookings, reports and feedback logs.
Liaise with senior management on daily party operations, staffing, and escalated issues.
Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Working Conditions
We are looking for Party Supervisors to join us on a zero-hour contract, covering weekdays, evenings, and especially weekends (our busiest party times). Shifts typically range from 6-8 hours depending on party bookings.
Rates of Pay & Benefits
Up to 12.60 per hour dependent on experience
