About Us:

Dudes & Dolls is a fun and vibrant children's party venue, specialising in themed parties, glow-in-the-dark slime, pamper parties, UV raves, and more! We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Party Venue Supervisor to join our team. This is a keyholder role with responsibility for opening and closing the venue and ensuring parties run smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Open and close the venue, ensuring it is safe, clean, and ready for use. Oversee all parties and activities, ensuring high standards of customer service and safety. Supervise party hosts and assistants, providing support and direction as needed. Liaise with parents/guardians and handle any queries or concerns professionally. Ensure party schedules run on time and according to booking details. Set up and pack down equipment, decorations, and party resources. Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the venue. Take responsibility for the venue in the absence of management.
Requirements:

Previous experience in hospitality, events, childcare, or supervisory roles preferred. Excellent communication and organisational skills. A friendly, confident, and professional manner with children and adults. Ability to lead a small team and handle responsibility. Must be reliable and punctual. Flexibility to work weekends and school holidays (peak party times). DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
