Passive Fire Contract Project Manager

Job Description

Duties:

Responsible for managing passive fire fitters for installation works, to include but not limited to :

Surveying Quoting Ordering and allocation of materials/equipment Organisation of fitters Site Visits Completed works Sign-offs Certification
Skills:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and product management principles
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

This position requires a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. The successful candidate will have construction industry experience with knowledge of Fire Door and Passive Fire legislation, requirements and standards. Company fleet vehicle supplied along with laptop, tablet and mobile phone.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 40,000.00-55,000.00 per year
