Company Overview



We're looking for an organised, confident coordinator to support the delivery of passive fire works. This role helps keep projects running smoothly by managing access, schedules, and job information -- allowing site teams to focus on quality and compliance.

What you'll do:



Arrange access with tenants, residents, and site contacts

Confirm dates and times, handling access issues professionally

Coordinate schedules with supervisors and section leads

Maintain job information, trackers, and progress updates

Support a compliance-led, fast-moving delivery team

About you:



Highly organised and confident on the phone

Comfortable juggling multiple live jobs

Calm, adaptable, and detail-focused

Experience in construction, housing, maintenance, or scheduling is a plus (not essential)

Hours of work:



Monday - Friday 8 am to 4.30 pm (there is an element of flexibility required to satisfy

customer requirements)

Salary:

24,375.00 per annum + Benefits

Holiday entitlement:

31 days per annum (three days to be kept for Christmas) including

bank holidays
