We are growing rapidly and are looking for a dynamic

Passive Fire Estimator / Business Development Manager

to join our team. This dual-role is ideal for someone with technical knowledge of fire stopping and fire protection, combined with strong commercial acumen and a hunger for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Estimating:

Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations for passive fire protection projects. Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents to assess scope. Conduct site visits to gather necessary information for estimates. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure clarity and efficiency.

Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key target sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and facilities managers. Attend networking events, trade shows, and client meetings. Contribute to marketing and sales strategy alongside leadership.

What We're Looking For:

3 years+ proven experience in passive fire protection, ideally in both estimating and business development roles. Strong knowledge of UK fire safety legislation, fire stopping methods, and relevant materials. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Self-starter with a proactive, can-do attitude. Experience with SIMPRO highly desired Drivers license
