KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the main point of contact for key clients across multiple live and upcoming projects.
Develop strong, trusted partnerships by understanding client priorities, identifying opportunities, and delivering consistent value.
Represent the business in client meetings, frameworks reviews, and service delivery updates.
Account Oversight
Monitor performance across contracts to ensure we meet KPIs, SLAs, and agreed delivery schedules.
Support programme planning and ensure commercial and operational teams are aligned with client expectations.
Identify opportunities to expand services or improve delivery through insights and feedback.
Internal Coordination
Work closely with the operations, compliance, and commercial teams to ensure smooth delivery across accounts.
Relay client feedback and ensure all teams are informed of relevant updates, risks, or opportunities.
Take part in internal review meetings to ensure continuous improvement of service delivery.
Reporting & Documentation
Produce regular account reports, performance summaries, and client communications.
Track progress across key deliverables and escalate issues where necessary to maintain client confidence.
Client Engagement & Communication
Conduct pre-start briefings, progress reviews, and end-of-project wrap-ups.
Present technical or compliance updates in a clear, professional manner--tailored to the audience.
Help clients and stakeholders understand the real-world impact and importance of compliant passive fire protection.
Strategy Development
Support bid teams with account-specific insights and historical performance data when re-tendering or expanding services.
Work with the business on marketing content to support business development functions.
Develop and implement forward-thinking strategies to drive profitable growth.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE
Proven experience in account management, client services, or project coordination within the construction, fire safety, or compliance sectors
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships across a wide range of stakeholders
Strong organisational abilities and confidence managing multiple priorities at once
A collaborative mindset and the ability to coordinate across internal teams to achieve shared goals
Knowledge of passive fire protection or building compliance is highly desirable
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From 40,000.00 per year
