Summary

We are seeking a Food Runner to join our dynamic team at Big Easy Westfield Stratford. In this role, you will play an essential part in delivering exceptional service by ensuring that food orders are accurately and promptly delivered to our guests. Your contributions will help maintain our reputation for excellent hospitality and delicious cuisine.

Responsibilities

Efficiently deliver food orders from the kitchen to the dining area while ensuring accuracy. Assist in setting up tables and maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality food presentation. Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff regarding order status and special requests. Support the team during busy periods by helping with food preparation and other tasks as needed. Provide friendly and attentive service to enhance the guest experience.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Strong understanding of food safety practices and kitchen operations. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere. A passion for providing outstanding customer service.
