Our cooking is vibrant and flavour-driven and everything is freshly made, by hand. We are currently seeking a dedicated pasta & pastry prep Chef to join our close-knit kitchen team.

About the Role:

As pasta & pastry prep chef, you'll play a vital role in the preparation of freshly made pasta, breads, and desserts that form the backbone of our menu. You'll be responsible for ensuring consistent quality through excellent attention to detail, using traditional methods alongside modern techniques. We have a dedicated prep kitchen and you will also be responsible for maintaining its organisation and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily preparation of fresh pasta, breads, and desserts to the highest standard Apply knowledge of doughs, pastry techniques, and pasta-making processes Maintain a clean, well-organised prep area at all times Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are followed Support the wider kitchen team during busy service periods Contribute to an energetic, collaborative working environment

About You:

Previous experience and knowledge in the fresh preparation of bread, pastry and pasta Confident with traditional techniques and enthusiastic about refining your skills further Strong attention to detail and consistency in preparation Highly organised and efficient in a busy environment Keen interest in Italian cuisine and seasonal cooking Positive, reliable and a strong team player
