About the Role:
We're seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Prep Chef to support our kitchen brigade. You'll be responsible for prepping a range of ingredients for our main menu and desserts, ensuring every plate that leaves the pass starts with high-quality, well-prepared components.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare vegetables, meats, sauces, and pastry elements to spec
Assist with dessert mise en place and finishing where required
Maintain a clean, organised and food-safe prep area
Work closely with chefs to support service periods
Label, rotate and manage stock to minimise waste
What We're Looking For:
Previous kitchen experience preferred, ideally in a fast-paced environment
Solid knife skills and knowledge of basic kitchen practices
Passion for fresh food and attention to detail
A team player with good communication and time management
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
