About the role
Principle responsibilities include supporting the DSL; completing and submitting MARFs; EBSA lead role; multi agency liaison; supporting students emotionally; supporting Year 7 and Year 11 transitions; supporting Heads of Year with any behavioural issues - obtaining statements, liaising with parents, completing behaviour logs; supporting attendance officers and attending home visits where necessary.
